Beef Willington
Beef does not come much better than this. Delicious fillet beef wrapped in mushrooms, Parma ham and pastry. Cooked to perfection by my bro-in-law. This will not be the last post of the Christmas period.
Record breaking steak
This is a big steak even by my standards. 1.6kilo cote du boeuf. 6 mins on the pan browning each side, then 7 mins in the oven at 190. Outcome spectacular.
